Sales and Marketing Executive

Role Description:

As a Sales and Marketing Executive at Sri Lankan Spices, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and promoting our brand globally. You will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, executing campaigns, and driving sales growth through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing marketing plans to promote Sri Lankan Spices’ products.
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Managing social media accounts and engaging with customers to build brand loyalty.
  • Creating compelling content, including blogs, articles, and social media posts.
  • Collaborating with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Identifying and implementing innovative sales and promotional strategies.
  • Attending trade shows, events, and exhibitions to showcase our products and network with potential clients.
  • Monitoring sales performance and analyzing data to optimize marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
